T-Top/door seal replacement - how much adhesive?

I'm getting ready to replace my t-top/door seals and I needed to know how much adhesive I will actually need. I found a place that sells a 5oz tube of 3M Super Weatherstrip adhesive, but didn't know if that was enough for the entire thing.

I would buy 2 or 3 tubes and return what you don't need...better than getting half way through and realizing you don't have enough!
