Getting ready to do a build this winter and decided to check the compression and in the middle found 2 nice cracks in the header and cross over pipe. Damn it! Time to go stainless I guess.

Compression came out pretty decent I think, any ideas fellas?

Your tester shows psi only, not percentage? Is that 90 psi starting point? The one 90/78 would be fairly leaky about 15%
 
Just weld the header and add a triangular gusset to keep it from happining again. All TRs do it.

I'd add a can of restore into the oil pan, run it a few hundred miles and do those tests again.
