Test and tune

Went to the last test and tune for this season at the local drag strip.I was very pleased,my best time was 11.98 at 113 mph.However my fears were confirmed that my rear needs some work,I have a posi but was doing some one legged burnouts.Any suggestions what all I should be doing to it,I assume that means the posi clutches are bad right?I am running Ta60 turbo(22lbs of boost),stretch slic,3" downpipe,Razors alchy kit,60lb injectors,turbo tweak chip,trans has already been redone.

I took the clutches out thinking I had a problem found nothing. I started putting a little load on it and it solved the peg lag.
If i just stab it for the burn out i will peg leg every time,I stand on the brake, bring it up to 2K let go of the brake ,and I get a two wheel burn out every time.

If you have synthetic gear oil try putting reg 80/90 in

I got a set of used 255/60/15 m/t et streets from a member on the forum(I was too cheap to buy new ones).Without them I would have had serious traction problems.I would certainly recommend them,they hook up great!
