The Quick Pre-Mature posting in here is getting out of control!!!
As a proud supporting Vendor here I have seen WAY too many posts here that didn't need to be posted in the first place. Come on people, You have got to use the phone & E-mail a little more and Stop Jumping on here to Bash a vendor so Quickly!
What I see here is people are coming here "To bash a vendor and To get a resolution" - instead of trying to get a "Resolution WITH the Vendor" before bashing...
Proper way to handle issues:
1) Call Business to let him know of issues.
2) NO ANSWER? Call back until you reach someone!
3) Send Vendor E-mails. Reach a solution together..
4) Have some understanding if there are Personal issues!
5) Be patient and give the business some time to make things right!
Bottom line here is- You need to exhaust every effort to solve an issue with ANY place of business before coming into a public forum to smear mud over a business's name..
Once you have exhausted every effort to resolve your issue then you have a viable reason to come to a public forum to warn others of this issue/business.
Sorry for my rant but this is getting WAY OUT OF HAND! I wish something could really be done to prevent this kind of action.... 1) Idea-(Maybe a Pop-Up that pops up on your screen before you can type your post letting you know the guidelines before posting a thread)
