I'm trying to make the Gn handle well and still launch hard at the track. I've done a search and there are a lot of opinions out there. Here is my current set up and what is planned in the future. I have UMI tubular lower in the rear, fully rebuilt front suspension using all moog parts, 17x8 TT2s up front, 245/45 nitto 555s and 17x9.5s with 315 nittos drag radials in the rear. (i use 28" tall Hoosier slicks at the track) I haven't installed it yet but i just received an ATR rear sway bar. Just the 17" wheels was a huge improvement in the handling department. I still have stock 17 year old shocks and springs. I plan on keeping the springs for weight transfer at the track and because they sag and sit right where i want it:D . I do plan on getting a pair of Bilsteins for the rear and a pair of adjustable QA1s up front to set loose for drag racing and put back to stiff for street driving. My goals are to have a GN that handles comparibly to my sisters 00 z28 on the street but to still pull some low 1.50s at the track on my 15" T rims with 28"tall slicks. My best so far is a 1.58 on slicks(only mods were airbags and umi tubular lowers). Is there anything you guys would recommend or will this setup get the results im looking for. I do have rear seat braces as well. Is going with QA1s up front and bilsteins int he back gonna be a problem? I'm doing this on the cheapest budget I can(thats why im not going with QA1s all around, i don't autocross but would consider it later on down the road. Thanks for any input or ideas.

well i just got done installing and test driving the ATR rear sway bar and could not be happier with it. It was a huge PITA to get in there with my UMI lowers but it finally went. The car handles great now, its very neutral with a hint of oversteer, just how i like it, and the body roll has been greatly reduced. I'll have to see what kinda 60s i get at the track, but I'm very happy with this mod, especially for the price. :D
