Thumbs up to Full Throttle!

I ordered a ScanMaster from Full Throttle a little over a week ago and it didn't show up when I expected so I called Full Throttle. They said it shipped the same day I ordered it but it had made a pretty extensive tour of the US thanks to UPS and they weren't sure why. MaryAnn(sp?) grabbed another ScanMaster off the shelf and sent it out overnight at no additional charge which was more than I expected considering the problem was with UPS and no fault of Full Throttle. I have had nothing but positive expereinces with Full Throttle!!
