TR spotting in Columbia, MD

Of course, I wasn't driving my car at the time. But around 9:30pm on Wednesday night, I spotted a black (could have been dark blue, but looked black at night) TR getting onto eastbound Rt. 32. The car had flames painted on it. The driver was talking on a cell phone.

I pulled up behind and then passed the TR in a black Trailblazer. The TR was doing about 65mph. Who was it?
