transbrake? question

I just wondered what is the minium depth needed to install the electric style transbrake? I have a pan here which is 3 1/8" deep and the rear section is stock height where the govenor sits.

With the few electic brakes that I/ve seen (Lonnie--Janis--PTS ) It won/t work. Mine is 4.25 In. deep ( All over )and you need every bit of it.
