Tree stand harness

I will wear one from now on. I fell 15 foot from my stand while hog hunting yesterday.

It could've been worse other then some bruises and all, but I never would've thought I would fall and it happened.

I'm going to see if I can get one at bass pro right now cause this was my shortest stand on the property..

WOW you are lucky, glad your ok.. i never get in a tree stand unless im strapped to it.. heard to many horror stories. and im scared of heights lol. spend the money on a good harness its worth your life.

what happened? slippery? no safety bar and stepped off? i have a new tree stand thats a climber and i'm somewhat nervous about using it.

what climber did you get? I have the summit goliath and love it.. safe light and sturdy..

I also have a summit not sure which 1 but it was a good one it was $320 plus tax at cabelas

youll have no problems summit makes great tree stands, but you always haven to make sure your strapped in.
