Turbo is surging, HELP!!!

I have a PT70 on my car and I am having problems with compressor surge thorughout all throttle ranges now. It used to be that the compressor only surged at WOT but now it is doing it at partial throttle as well. I have a fairly stong build with some big parts on the car so I do not think that the turbo is too big but I could be wrong. Here is a list of a few of my parts:

- built shortblock with Eagle crank and RJC girdle
- .020 JE with floating pins
- P&P 8445 heads with 1.77, 1.50 vavles
- 224/220 comp hydraulic roller with comp "beehive" valve springs
- T&D 1.65 roller rockers
- P&P stock lower intake
- 70mm upper plenum and TB
- CAS V-2 front mount
- 83lb. injectors with TurboTweak chip
- MAF Translator +

I am really frustrated with this problem and would greatly appreciate help with a solution.

well I had that problem & it turned out to be the turbo going out. I raced & the car was super slow at high 11's @ 119 then two weeks later raced again & it was even more of a terd. low 12's@ 113. I felt surge at WOT before racing then it got worse. On the way home from the last race it let loose & poured smoke out the cutout. I let it go to far & it damaged the exhaust wheel. I was running a TE61. Maybe if you catch it earlier than I did you can fix it for alot cheaper. If thats your problem. I was reading an article in a racing magazine. It said that standard bearing turbos under boost load get alot of bearing pressure. Where as bb turbos have greater friction reduction & handle it better. I was not running a bov & raced the turbo pretty hard so I guess it was just time.

HELP!! Guys I think the same thing is happening to me my car feels like its surging now and the check engine light comes on when it does it? Is the problem the turbo going bad?! I just had it upgraded by Limit.. Help please advice..Razor>?
