Jack Cotton hooked me up with this thing, I have a feeling this turbo is going to kick ass! Just waiting for my Precision .85 housing to arrive. Specs are:

-New 66mm HP Compressor wheel
-New style F1 S-trim turbine 2.691 inducer and 3.11 exducer (same size as GTQ)
-Ported anti-surge housing
-Powder coated Compressor housing-looks slick!
-.85 Precision housing,

Here are some pics-

Looks like any other brand new turbo with a black housing and a ported shroud - Nice. There are various ways to do the ported shroud, which BTW, was designed for running too big a turbo on too small a motor.

I had some surging issues with my last turbo 66BB @ part throttle- 10-12#boost, I will be stoked if this design will help driveability. It will be on the car in a week or two hopefully ready for Turbo Thunder in Bremerton WA. The car ran well with the old BB P-trim CPT66, I hope to pick up a few mph on the top end with the same low boost tune and maybe a couple of hits @ 26-27#.

July 14th at Bremerton Raceway (July 13th is test and tune)- a bunch of Buick nuts camp out at the racetrack, BBQ food, and tell lies, then on Saturday we get to play.

It's very cool to see the other guys at the track scratch their heads about the quiest fast cars:D

Get ahold of Geno for more info....

It'll be nice to see that thing run at Bremerton. Did you sell the 66?

I sent the old 66BB down to Turbonetics for a re-re and decided to upgrade to this one, I hope the Precision housing is back in time for the race...already have a room reserved at the Days Inn.

What is the differance between this and the CPT66?
