Hey Guys- Anyone out there ever used one of these? I'm just researching controllers(have boost creep in third and 5+ degrees of retard, cause my actuator rod is screwed tight to give me 19 psi of boost). This appears to be a nicely built piece, and can be mounted.

I haven't used or seen one in person, but on the website the basic unit seems to be a basic relief valve. You can build one for ~20 clams and buy them from guys here for ~40, I think. Just a thought.

Most are built with a bleed to prevent pressurizing the actuator when the ball closes, and causing spikes. suppose if I were motivated: I'd find out what size hole to drill, go out and chase down the materials, fittings, tool up and go at it. As inexpensive as these things are: It's not worth my time to build one(which is something I REALLY usually like to do). Basically: I'm trying to find out if this will work as well as the RJC piece. It just looks more refined with the adjustment knob, mountablilty, cast body and junk like that.
