It's all about the principle...725.00 is ALOT of money to just walk away from with no closing at all....you would sleep better at night too....

I was going to go hang out with one last night (Dr Frankenstein) but some drunk guy kept coming onto my property, walking in through the gate and my Chows almost bit him. I kept telling him to get out of the yard and he kept saying " I am a Vietnam Vet" and I told him "My dogs don't care about that!". He didn't realize I had dogs... even though they barked at him the whole time he was walking along the fence and as he came in the gate.
