Unfortunately, as much as I am up on this sort of stuff, with all that I have learned, I have to raise the bs flag on this one.
The camera footage shown, is not from a MIG 21. That is back seat footage from an American F-15, as the ejection seat is obviously an Aces II seat, commonly used on almost all Modern Era, American Military Jet Fighters. Further evidence that this is an F-15 can been seen from the distinctive warning lights on the front canopy rail. Straight up F-15 no question about it, either a C or a D model as there is no canopy piercing device on the top of the seat as their are on later versions of the F-15E models' Aces II seats. Not an F-14 or F-18 as they also use different ejection seats and can't be an F-16 as it's a single canopy design.
Judging from the quality of the video, I'd say it's an C or D model.
Here's a similar back seat pic of a Kadena AFB F-15D getting ready to tank up.
Now, exactly what they are showing the Eagle driver chasing, is something that I can neither confirm nor deny.

Kool pic. I firmly believe in UFO's but have yet ever to see any credible picture or video to support my beliefs. Im sure they exist in some classified document somewhere in the Pentagon but I have yet to see one and probably never will.
I believe there are ufo's but that they are remote controlled craft by superior intelligence from somewhere else.
The simple fact that they have never tried to make any contact with the beings here on earth proves how extremely intelligent they are.

I grew up in Palos Verdes which overlooks the Catalina Island channel. There were never any reports of "USO's". That area is so well traveled that it would be stupid for any "alien" race to have an underwater base there. I am not discounting the fact that there are UFO's but I do believe 99% of them are either manufactured stories or secret government aircraft.
I went to a MUFON meeting here in San Diego last year just to see what these people were really like. I left after 20 minutes!! Very scary people!!!

That was an interesting story. So you went to a MUFON meeting? Always wondered what went on at one of those?
I doubt any of those men would lie. The ones I find interesting are the ones posted by police. You don't make official reports and stand to be the laughing stock of the force, UNLESS you actually saw something!

I started reading through your link and didnt see any story that claimed that the police "filed" a report. They did say that officers had observed the phenomena.
Here's a question you ya, why are most UFOs circular in shape? That is an extremely unstable configuration from an aerodynamic stand point!! The triangle shaped objects are much more believable!
If you remember back in '47 with the first reported sighting in Washington, the "ships" were crescent shaped, but quoted by the all knowing press as flying saucers.
Much like explaining the flying rods, humanoids, trash cans, etc. that have been video'd and photo'd that can't be explained away as hoaxes.
People, suposedly in the know, have stated that they know of over 50+ different off planet civilizations. If anywhere near the truth, would certainly explain the vast variety of Unknown Flying Objects.
