Upgrade wiring?

[VIN7]

At ~1300rpm, with dual Spal fans running, no other accessories on.

Voltage at Alt+ to Alt case = 14.1 volts

Voltage at Batt+ to Batt- = 13.8 volts

Alt+ to Batt+ = 44mV

Alt case to Batt- = -11mV

Wot Powerlogger volts is usually 12.5 to 13 volts

Does anyone see something that looks out of place, suggestions??

Looks normal. The reading on Powerlogger is ignition voltage not battery voltage.

Check ECM fuse. Here is a link telling you how to check where your voltage drop is coming from.
