valve springs for a solid roller

give me your valve spring pressure/brand suggestions for a solid roller 224/224 .570 lift cam on gn1's.

How about some other performance info like HP & RPM range, use for street strip or both, max ported heads, intake valve size 1.90"/2.02"?

Sounds like standard length valves. Need lobe number or lobe lift and rocker ratio to verify lift and determine coil bind height/clearance.

lobe lift is .361.rocker ratio is 1.55

If I had the heads off the car id install 1203 at 160-165 on the seat. If not I'd install 1201 at .060" from bind.

my current springs are 165 on the seat.how much open pressure do you thinkit should be bison?

It will probably be around 420 with the 1201 and 510 with the 1203. I wouldn't be too worried about open pressure. You're at the mercy of installed height and the aggressive springs have higher rates
