One of my driver side door sills is cracked very badly. Does anyone have any camel/tan door sills for sale? And a Leather T-Top bag with straps for the hatch???

Send me an email and price to kriscarr71@gmail.com if you have either or both for sale.

I've been searching for a passenger side sill now for several months, every vendor of used parts I can find dealing with 3rd gens I've asked and none have any in very nice condition. BTW, the correct color is beechwood for TTAs, there is a tan/camel that is a shade off.
If I happen upon a pair I'll let you know since I need the opposite side.

I love your signature pic. Awesome.
Thanks for the correct color. I ordered one from hawks3rdgen today, Pricey, hopefully they will have or find me one quickly. There are two on ebay now for the passenger side, a grey and red one, you could paint/dye those if you are into that. On my project TTA, both interior door handles are faded really bad, so if i can't find decent replacement, I am gonna take them off and dye them.

I had talked to Jeni at Hawks about them, they didn't have any in the correct color that were near perfect. I need it for the HT so painting/dying it is out of the question. I've done that with other parts before and have seen it and to me it is noticable. Thanks for the comment on the sig pic, took that from the boat trying to get a mirror effect off the water. Your garage pic is pretty sweet looking as well, mine of the 2 TTAs is kind of scarey looking the way they are parked.

I had the same problem, finding a pass side sill in the right color. So I bought one on ebay which was a different color.

I painted it with SEM paint, the Camel color is a very close match and you can't hardly tell it. It looks like I have a new sill.

I bought a restored door sill from hawks third gen for$50. I'll post before and after pics when I get them installed.

From what I have read, PPG makes color matched paint that is mixed to the interior color code of the car. I haven't tried it yet, but I would say the match should be better then SEM.

Most paint supply stores can mix paint from a code it they can acces it or can match paint to your part supplied to them. Dupont has a very good product. If you don't have access to a detail (mini ) paint gun, they can put it in a spray can. The paint is not cheap, but will last a long time if sealed properly. Like any painting prep is the key to good results. If the shade is off because of fading you can always blend onto the adjacent panel. Those driver sills are hard to find with everyone pushing off on them to get out.

Got the replacement sill from HTG very quick. It was obviously used, but a perfect match and color and in great condition. $50 was alot but I got what I paid for at least this time. Found a used t-top bag on ebay for $30, better than the $150 for a new one.

Now I have to replace or redye the interior arm rest, looks how faded and grimy they are. Anybody have any suggestions? HTG has them for $50 and used.
