Wanted: Doors

Hey everyone, I'm currently in the process of restoring an 87 Buick GN. However, the original doors are in pretty bad shape. Is there anyone out there that would be willing to sell passenger and driver-side doors for my project? I have looked everywhere (ie. craigslist, auto salvage yards, local newspapers, etc). I'll even consider purchasing Buick Regal doors as long as they're in good shape. I'm in the South Carolina area. Let me know ASAP. Thanks

Just a word of advice, I recently replaced my driver's door with a Olds Cutlass door that came with chrome trim on the bottom and a chrome bump strip along the center of the door skin, and the holes and nubs that are there to fasten the trim to is just more **** to deal with. If I could do it all over again, I'd get a door that never came with any trim (like a true GN door). And maybe one with PW and locks for spare parts Good luck.

Pay the extra shipping and buy some from southern CA or AZ. You wont regret it. There isnt s hit up here in CT. I paid $500 for a door and it was the best i ever saw a door look that was for sale. Came off a 17k roll over. You get what you pay for and will wind up having to patch and weld and seam seal a POS door that will need a ton of filler to fix it so you can make it flat. Not to mention the time blocking and prepping the POS. After that it still wont be as good as a door that was never rotted in the first place. Plan on having $1500 invested if you want to have a decent set of doors on your restoration.

Thanks for the help. I think I found a decent pair of doors, but they're from a 1981 Buick Regal and they're manual windows Anyway, my question is would they have any problem going on a 1987 Buick Grand National? Help!

You can't get any cleaner for a passenger side door. We in Texas have nice ones too
