part time clerk at a grocery store
full time college student
looking to transfer to Cal Poly for mechanical engineering, buisness, psychology...anything at this point

im 19 and i change my mind every day.

Aircraft Sheetmetal Mechanic/Technician. Currently working for Lockheed Martin (soon to be DS2) making $22.04/HR working 50 hours a week which works out to about $63,000/year. Yes it is true, the more you make the less you have to do. Working for the Federal Government can be pretty layed back. Can we say Club Fed???

Dang it.. Tools stole my thunder.. I wanted to say I was a stunt d*ng in college, too - until NASA picked me up as an engineering student co-op.. Thought I would have to donate my liver to science so I could afford my first '87 GN - BUT, thanks to a couple extra student loans in my FIRST senior year - VOILA'!! I had one.. That was 1995.. Graduated from New Mexico State university with a BSME, (it only took 7 years to get it!) in 1997 & started work as an Engineer at Intel corp in Rio Rancho..

I am a robotics / equipment engineer focusing on cheaper, cheaper, cheaper... I could probably insert some fancy engineering jargon in there, but it's pointless... I enjoy my job, but more importantly I enjoy working with 40+ highly skilled technicians who make me look DAMN good to my bosses.. My robots run all day, all night & I get to sit back & think of ways to make them run MO betta.. I guess that's kinda like being a pimp, 'cept all my ho's run on 220VAC and DOS / NT instead of crack and b*tch-slaps...

Oh yeah - it doesn't matter how much you make, 'cause either you'll STILL spend it all, or she'll take it all.. In my case, my wife makes more than I do, so I get to spend my paychecks on my adorable daughter (13 months old), college student loans, landscaping, adobe walls, satellite TV, beer, and those damn credit card bills that won't go away.. Whatever is left over goes toward my toys, or bailing BOTLFED (Ed Dominguez) out of trouble with WH1-Denver.

:D

Maybe you need to change shops. Find the right shop and you can make some fairly healthy moola - comission is the only way to go in our line of biz.

As of August 17th - Nurse. :D FINALLY Graduated. Before that, 12 years in the Emergency Medical Services.

Hmmm..I've replied twice and still haven't told you what I do for a living.
I live a part time life. I'm currently going to college part time at County College of Morris for Mechanical Engineering Tech.
I work part time for Wakefern foods/Village Supermarkets at a local ShopRite as a cashier/front end manager/book keeper/ jack of all trades.
I also have a second part time gig for Brazill Brothers Inc. In the cutting room. I cut and parallel lengths of wire for shipment to various suppliers/electrical contractors around the NJ/NY area. I also print and spiral wrap the Marked and Bundled cable.

Self employed, ENGRAVING...

NO, not headstones (although I've thought about it)
NO, not engraved invitations...
:D

I engrave words, numbers, logos, symbols & whatever else people want, into plastics, aluminum, wood, steel, cast iron, stainless, titanium (Injection molds, operator panels, switch labels, flat labels)...I laser engrave plastics, wood, stainless & titanium (trophies, awards, nuclear waste drip valves, ID plates), and I also do "light" machining in aluminum, plastics & fiberglass (gauge panels, switch panels, operator panels, etc)

Most of you know that I supply Mark Hueffman with most of the dress-up stuff he sells (I make everything he sells EXCEPT the cutouts, cold-air kits, radiator caps, and his new wiper & battery covers) If you DIDN'T know, now you do!
:)

Biggest claim to fame: While I got nothing fancy in orbit like BJM (;)), I DO have a lot of stuff in YOUR cars! And--if you go see the new "Benji" movie, check out his brass name tag on his collar, I'm the one who made it! (I made 4 actually, guess the dog has stunt doubles?)

I'm a farmer.

I grow 2,500 acres of corn and soybeans in west-central Indiana. When I'm not in the fields, I'm planning for the next crop year, studying new technologies in agriculture, and handing Jack Cotton loads and loads of money. Looking to make some friends in the turbo buick community and have a badass GN.

Just got a new gig. Library Assistant F/T for 12$/hour. Was in the Security business beforehand at 9.50$/hour. F/T college student, and I'm anticipating my an Associate's in Criminal Justice this Spring.

May try to walk on the Air Force as an Officer upon graduating... that too far-fetched? Sorry about the thread-hacking paragraph!
