What does It cost to Have a turbo rebuilt?

What would it cost to have a TE-63 Rebuilt ?? And how much bigger they take it up to?? Or even a TE-62? I have both,
The 63 Needs it,, I got it saying it had 500 miles or so on it but the turbine wheel you can see has rubbed the top of the housing Not to bad it wont need a housing,,

I tried a couple of places and it seems to cost between $350 to $550. Now I have a te34 paper weight.

I took mine to a truck repair shop that specialized in big trucks. They rebuilt mine last year and balanced it way cheaper than any other price I was given.No problems with it .Bruce

Limit Engineering qouted me $200 plus parts for a TA 62. They sent it back with no charge when it was given a clean bill of health. Nothing to fix.

If you do it yourself, about $100. ~$75 for the kit and $25 to have it balanced (optional).
