What kind of Gasket/Torque settings TH400

Got a leaky TH400. Gonna change the gasket. What is the best type to use? Cork or rubber? Also what is the torque setting for the bolts.

Between cork and rubber, you'll probably have better luck out of cork. Tighten the bolts to 13 ft.-lbs.

Don't know what what year the tranny is. Are all TH400 the same when it comes to pan gaskets?
