Whats does this mean?

Scanmaster shows a second dot to the left of knock retard when tps goes past a certain value. Happened after powerlogger install.

Yes you have to change the chip inside...Done 3 yrs ago . I am not referring to the digits that look funky that's just the way the pic came out, I am referring to the dot that appears above "retard".
