to an SFI approved? or is it necessary?

just wondering b/c at the moment my tranny is out and dont want to do things twice if it can be avoided. Thanx

I think at 10.99 and faster to be NHRA legal. Or is that the balancer?

Both balancer and flywheel at 10.99 to be NHRA legal...

If you are asking about an automatic transmission flexplate, last I checked the NHRA rule book, a SFI approved one is not required until 9.99 and faster in a full-bodied car?

I regret not swapping mine out after the new motor so I say do it, they are cheap and will be much stronger than 20 year old metal ones.

you need them for 9.99 and faster

Mike @ full throttle has them for under $60
SFI approved !! and yes there chinese, so what isn't?

I always thought it was 10.99...has this changed recently or was the NHRA rule always 9.99?
