Where do you keep your enclosed trailer ?

To those with enclosed trailers, do you store them outside. How do you keep them looking decent and free of black streaks ? Mine fits in the garage, but it takes up too much space.

Mine (before I sold it this last weekend) Sat out all the time, and never got streaked. But then again, I didn't have any trees around to worry about.
And my wife insisted we wax it at least once a year
That, and I'd pressure wash it maybe twice a year. Or anytime it returned from a roadtrip.
AND get tire covers for those times it sits for months at a time. Dry rot can kill a tire long before you're even aware of it.

Our's sits outside next to our shop and house. Its kinda funny you asked, I have my camper, open car hauler, and 5x8 cargo trailer in a mini-storage and my equipment trailer was broken into and about $1500 worth of tools were taken I dont have the room at the house for anything.

Mine spent most of its life outside. Recently I rented a larger place to consolidate to one place away from the house. Now its inside.
