balmy 4* here this morning with a little wind thrown in  Still no snow here BUT have to go an exhaust of a car outside up in NH.. SNOW and COLD !!! BRRRRR... Maybe the dog will help me :p

We're getting dumped on here in the Western Washington area. South Western Wa. got over 27" in some places. That is real rare around here. I have over 10" now and it's still snowing. 6:45 pm and it hasn't let up since 4:45 am. Real dry powdery snow too, which is real rare around here. Usually it's SLOPPY wet crap and goes away in a day. Supposed to get down to 26* tonight. Turn to rain tomarrow, south of us in Snohomish county. Snow north of us. We'll get something? We are nothing but hills around here. If it's flat for more than 3 ft. it's a parking lot.

LOL Sorry to hear it Ken, but I cooked chicken on the grill today and it's supposed to be in the mid 70's tomorrow. I can turn the heater off again tomorrow.

I wish it would just snow and stay till spring, it's so much easier to clean up the dogs feet & they like it too. This is Max where he likes to be.

It ended up snowing all day yesterday and we have over 14" or so. It was supposed to rain all day, but north of Seattle is was snowing all day. Light poweder snow so it has blown around a bit and is deeper in areas. Now.......it is finally raining. Now comes the flooding with clogged drains and 14+ inches of snow with heavy rains predicted for the next few days. Rain in Washington? Who woulda thought.;) OUr rainy season is from Jan 1st through Dec. 31st.......EVERY year. Last summer we only had THREE whole weeks of sunny weather. No kidding. I work outside and was cursing the weather on a regular basis last summer. Cooler weather now for the last few years. Someone send Al Gore up here for an "eye opener". Would like to hear his speaches up here if he was standing outside in his skivies in June.

Thanks Dan. I feel "ok". But, I am very concerned about the improperly installed stint. I went to the grocery store yesterday with my wife and just a half hour of walking and climbing stairs at our house caused chest pain. THAT makes me mad. Back to work on Monday. We'll see how I do there. I have a 3/8 mile walk in from the parking lot. 1/4 mile walk to the cafeteria for lunch, 1/4 mile walk to get a special tool or supply..........Flightline work invlolves long walks. We have a van or two, but they have literally 250,000+ miles on them and alot of the times don't run. They are spending $2+ BILLION on a new delivery center, but us guys (and gals) have to drive 198x Dodge vans that are beat to crap. Gotta love corporate America. (I really do LOVE my job, though. I get to work on the latest and greatest, most advanced airliner in the world. Here's a little vid of what I have been doing for the last 3 1/2 years, 7 days a week. :: 787 completes jam-packed certification testing program - YouTube

Now......back to today's weather forcast.............What is everyone else putting up with?

Low 70's here right now and I'm sitting with the house open and no shirt on right now. A little windy but otherwise very nice day for mid January. :)
