Where to drop off oil/antifreeze etc?

I know pep boys takes oil. But I have a bunch of used antifreeze. As well as trans fluid. Some of it mixed. Will someone take waste like this? I am near the Joliet area.

I think by IL law oil change places have to take it up to 5 gal at a time. I dropped some off at grease lightning in Mokena before.
