I can make them any color you'd like. If you want to use one in two cars you'll have to move it back and forth so that might be a pain the the butt. With one per car you can wire them up nicer and route the wire a little better.

Sorry for being so scarce. I've been playing hell finding some wire in blue that looks good and is flexible and tough enough for me.

Everybody gets busy. Understandable. I'm not in any hurry. Still trying to pass CA emissions with one and the other is 3,000 mi away! Just getting set.

It doesn't have to be BLUE, it just can't be RED! LOL A good quality would be fine in any color, as long as it's not RED.

What would be involved in making them USB?

Stock ECM is finally back in with the Turbo Tweak chip. Fired right up, I was pleased with that! But now I'm very ready for one of those cables now an will be visiting the other car soon enough, so anytime your ready, so am I. I'm going to check my PayPal account now, given that's an ok payment method for you. Let me know.

Thanks for the Blue wire for my data cables! I appreciate it for sure. I'll be using an adapter cable to connect to my USB port so they probably don't need to be really long. Would one ever take their laptop outside under the hood for any reason? I'm still wondering if it's possible to make a data cable with a USB connector available. That's something I would get several of them just for stocking stuffers, if that helps any!

I'm very eager for them now as I've returned to the stock ECM and have no idea how well it's doing now. I need to get it tuned properly so I can go face the "State Smog Monster" at his "Golden Shield-Test Only Center". Not to mention the 2.5 years I've been waiting to drive it regularly! So give me the $ with instant-shipping and where do I send it and I can take care of it and get ahead of todays "electronic delays".

I've bought all the stuff to make USB units but my damn car has been fighting me tooth and nail trying not to get put back on the road (rain and heat waves haven't helped any either when my A/C died last week)
With any luck I'll have my car finished this week and can sit down and spend some quality time burning my fingers.
That and I need a running car to test the cables!
