WindowsXP and C-com wp ver 1.02

I finally upgraded my software Ver 1.02 and now am unable to connect to my FAST system .I am using a Dell with XP home edition that was working fine with the older version now with the upgrade I receive a " comm open failed " Iam stumped any help would be really appreciated thanks Chris


I checked the search and nothing came up associated with my problems ,just usb adapter stuff. My usb adapter was already working.

Check the comm port that the USB adapter is installed as and make sure C-Com WP is set to that same port.

The software usually defaults to com 1 when re installed
