This is not mine, it's a customers. He does not post much so I will leave his name out. If he chooses he can post here. This car has about 130k on it. The engine melted a #4 piston and lost compression. It also had a flat cam, the worst cam gear I've ever seen although it did not jump time. Showed signs of being run hard and put away wet prior to his ownership. We are going with a mostly stockish set up with some smart mods along the way.

Not sure how to post comments after each pic, most are fresh parts ready to go together. The one with the paper towel shows why to always clean behind the machine shop. Also the straight edge shows valve stem heights all within .007 for a quiet valvetrain. More pics

One item of note above is notice the wider rod bearing, this is from Supercharged 3.8, last of my pics for today...

some more pics. Notice the machining on the TA cover(right) vs the OEM(left), also see the nice piece of casting flash in the main oil galley.

Sorry about the duplicates, the new site is not as freindly as the old site or I just suck. Engine is done at this point as customer is going to fifnsh the install himself. He's staying with a stock turbo, intercooler and about 15psi on 93.

Thanks for the nice words. The owner has informed me it has been installed broke in and runs great! Few days later he is have cam sensor drive issues, so it is on it way back to Scott at GNS...we will see.

German, log time no see! Things are quite well no complaints here at all!
