I would pay........

Hello
The amount of knowledge and help I have gained since joining this site has been invaulable. One centralized place for your Turbobuick needs:biggrin:
I just wish I would have known about it when I first got my GN:frown:. It would have saved me much time, money, and frustration.
With the help of this site I have,
rebuilt my engine, upgraded my intercooler and turbo. Had my tranny finally rebuilt to last. Had my drivers side header gusseted and welded. The archives/search have been a godsend for help in finding information on issues.
I have purchased 90% of parts from vendors and members. I have sold a few parts to members as well.
My list could go on..........
I think the amounts suggested in this poll are very resonable.
Just my .02 cents.
Lorenzo

Sure I would donate. Tech section alone is worth it. I've built two cars with parts from members, and vendors off of this sight! Phil.

Maybe not a yearly subscription but A donate button would be a great idea. People like to show appreciation when they get real results.

This site has helped me many times. Well worth it. I will also pay.

BUT! How would you ban someone who has paid?

There will be some touchy situations ahead.

Yes

The wealth of knowledge that I've recieved here is priceless. If I had to pay a mechanic for all the knowledge that I've found here for free, I'd be broke, all of us would. And for that matter, who here has a qualified TR mechanic at the standby? Well some of you do;) but I don't. I turn my own wrenches but I have learned to consult with tb.com first.

Another good reason for a donate button. No membership required.

Hard times now and hard times ahead, would be pretty hard to get any type donation from anybody these days, as it is we are having problems keeping these cars on the road and they cost more and more everyday to keep em running, i would agree that this site has a wealth of knowledge and that knowledge is here because of its members without them there is nothing, that's why we support the vendors who are here to support this site..just my 02 cents

Due to current economic situations, a lot of us are strapped for cash- Me included. That being said, I seem to manage to find myself here at least once a day.... Wonder if it wouldn't be worth a dollar a day.... (I waste more than that- as most of us are want to do).... I would gladly donate, don't know where else I can get such good info, chat with a few of my Buick buddies, and keep my big black money pits on the road.
