yea! orgen trail was great!!!! the newer versions of it were pretty cool, i remember playing it back in 8th grade... i'm 17 too so that wasn't too long ago.

I HAVE oregon trail. I had an apple II+. I not only remember Hypercolor shirts but also remember that you couldn't put them in the drier, otherwise they wouldn't work right anymore. I had a pair of Chuck Taylor's (Converse) that were extra tall and they folded down and snapped and were a different color on the inside. I watched E.T. in the theatre and from time to time wished that I was Elliot. I remember taking glass pop bottles to the store to trade them in for the deposits, just so I could buy candy. God I am feeling bad now. I really am thinking that I was an 80's child.

BTW, awesome air conditioner you installed at Rich's Custom Auto! 95 degrees outside, 75 in the garage when wrenching on Newman's car. Richie still stunk from sweat but I think that's because he had not showered since the A/C was installed. I tried to explain that having A/C in your shop did not negate the need to shower. He mumbled something like "but platehead said..." then I tuned him out and kept wrenching.
