11k gn?

Scroll down to Engine compartment pic...does that look like 11 thousand miles under that hood?
besides the dirt i see peeled paint and what looks like rust on throttle bracket just looks filthy for only 11k...grime under overflow jug etc etc etc

ok, just said on there it was ready to win awards and i looked at that pic of engine and was like hmmmmm, i know if it were mine that engine would be spotless..

145 speedo. Thats always a red flag, why was the dash cluster replaced and why do they always have low mileage?
Id bet 100.00 the mileage is bunk!

You know, there should be a big topic on these clusters, who knows if they actually read the mileage correct, and if there isnt a reducer, the mileage wont rack up correctly

Reach 160° before full throttle use????? Yeah thats stock!

Sure as hell firestone tires werent stock for 11k

Hm... I didn't really look over the rest of the car like that. Main thing I noticed was the black paint still on top of the A/C dryer, common spot for the paint to flake off in the engine bay. I dunno... I could still believe that as a low mileage engine bay. As for the rest of the car... yeah there's definitely some things wrong. I can even believe the new tires on an 11k car, you can buy tires because of age not just mileage.

The engine compartment might just be dusty. Look at the radiator hold down plate. You can see where there are palm prints or something in the dust. Should have cleaned it up alot better. Definately not a show winner but a nice car.

Engine compartment doesn't looks to bad, should detail out nice. What throws a red flag for me is how much road grime the hood liner has on it for 11k miles.

There is no way thats 11k. I have had 5 GNs and 1 TTA all under 20k and they all looked near new under the hood,

BW just listed many reasons this isnt 11k.........

I agree 100%; I would NEVER buy any car with the gauge cluster changed

Car's stance looks a bit low, too.. Maybe as in lowered, or worn out springs as at 111,000 mi??
I agree, that exhaust HAD to have been put on at the Honduh dlr.
At 25K, I'd sure be looking for a much nicer, better maintained, car.
It appears that the seller is a used car bozo.. Look at the tire dressing running off the tire!

My 25K '86 GN is much cleaner and has Eagle GT's still on it.

No car with an aftermarket speedo can claim to have the original miles. Well they can claim it, but I will NEVER believe it.

i didnt see the front fender that grumpy mentioned i'll have to go back and peek.

when i came across the listing i went right for the engine pic and it looked grimy the A-arm under the downpipe looked crusty, then Bryan ripped it apart, so i went back for another peek and the radio bezel looks like someone was chewing on it

I emailed the guy and asked for pics of the brake pedal..lol
