Well I brought it to the track last night got 3 passes in and here is the best one of the bunch.

60ft = 2.1619
330ft = 5.9069
1/8th = 8.9999
1/8thmph = 82.14
1/4 = 13.6651@103.46mph

Pass was done at 15-18psi on cpt66 with the mods in my sig. Foot brake to no boost (brake stand otherwise) shifts at 5100 in drive, 94 pump gas, on 255 radial TA's

Where do you guys think I can get the extra 10+ mph that the car is missing? The time slip seems pretty consistant with the time.

Thanks Brandon!

Well some sticky tires will get ya into the 12's assuming you an get a 1.7 60 ft. also shifting at 5100 is too low, I'd raise my shift points to more like 5500-5800 rpms. more boost will pick up your times and mph also.

Thats what Mr cotton was saying. Seems like I am a bad driver now LOL :frown:

It did really seem to pull hard on the 13.6 and I thought I would have more MPH than I did when I got to the ticket booth.

You need more boost. No sense in having a 66 turbo and run at 16 lbs. If you had planned on running that much boost, you could have stayed with the stock turbo. That turbo probably doesn't get going until 23-24lbs of boost. Stick an alky kit on there and some slicks, and you could have a 10 second car.

+1

low boost with big turbos are a snoozer at best.... get a Razor's alky kit.... and a TT chip.... and work your way up to 23-25 psi boost..... then see what the MPH looks like...

Oh.... that 23-25 psi will find any other weak links in your combo.... i.e. tranny.... axles.... etc... :frown:

In your current case.... don't expect mind bending differences from only a marginal increase in boost over stock.....

FWIW.... I ran 12.60's the first time to the track with my alky kit.... on 22 lbs.... with a stock turbo.... only bolt-ons....trapped nearly 108 too....60' was 1.71 on 275/50 MT Drag Radials.
