Thanks for all the kind words guys it was nice meeting (or re-meeting) you guys we will see you all at BPG hopefully.. I was really happy to make the show and am really pleased with the performance of old Goldie for her first time out with the new motor. If she isn't hurt to bad maybe we can improve on those et's even more with a little more tunning.. Thanks again Dave

Hey Dave:

Did you see the video I posted in the thread I started? Then I hosted one that Louie took in the need host thread. It was nice meeting you and I am working hard to rule out 400's at that farmington race so you can take it off your schedule:D

Yeah, like -

2002 GSNats heads up TSM class winner
2003 GSNats heads up TSM class winner
2004 GSNats heads up TSM class winner...handicapped :D

You know, the way these fast guys keep coming out of the woodwork, maybe I should figure out how to run nitro-methane in a TR V6.

Thanks Sully you're a real pal

Yes Sully I downloaded the video and have watched it at least 100 times studying the chassis. The car bounced enough to pull the wheels 3 times on that run and I want to compare it to the semi finals run... Thanks for posting it...

As for the 400 rule you're killing me here... Hope it works out so I can come down and run with you guys... Thanks again for posting the videos.... Dave

can you guys post the link to the vids. i would like to see any TSM stuff..

OK, since the TSM/GNTTYPE website is still down, I need a site to host my TSM movies. I will e-mail them to one person and the rest of you can download them.

The TSM semi-final of England v. Kerney has been e-mailed to Dave for his private viewing enjoyment.

Scott, send them on over!

We will be glad to host them & any pics people have for TSM. We are building a special "customers rides" section, and will build a separate section for TSM. We will make the video's available immediately with a link until they are in the new section for easier access.

See post in TSM section too, count us in for next year sponsorship!

Upon further review

Well after further study of the video and a little simple math here is what I come up with for the real numbers on this pass. I will include the numbers for the 9.99 pass as comparison... D!ck's car moved slightly before mine his reaction time was .103 and mine had been around .147 to .200 if I use the number .200 instead of .712 things make much more sense. Just add .512 to all the numbers and this is what you get.

9.49 pass corrected #'s 9.99 pass
60' .993 1.505 1.555
330 3.683 4.195 4.208
1/8 5.914 6.426 6.428
MPH 110.92 111.01
1000 7.844 8.356 8.358
1/4 9.49 10.002 9.993
MPH 134.00 134.00 137.82

D!ck went 10.321
starting line advantage .097
margine of victory .2218
simple math again 10.0022

Keep in mind I did lift because of the head gasket letting go and I could see D!ick in the mirror so the MPH was down on the last pass. I think this should give a much clearer idea of the run.
So there you have it in a nut shell... Have a nice day Dave
