I won't be making it. The quarter brought to light too many problems to take care of before next weekend.
Too much blowby. The engine is way overdue for a freshen up.
The engine is absolutely craving more fuel. This is going to mean some major upgrading of the fuel supply system, and a change to a 4 bar map sensor.
I'm going to have some aero devices on the car before the next time down the quarter.
8.50s, here we come... Then again,... this car does always like to surprise me.

Thanks Red, I was using an Olympus e620. Not sure about the cam at the moment, saw a little more noise in the shadows then I like especially at ISO 200.
Too bad Donnie, looking forward to seeing what she can do when you get it sorted.

LOL, I take it your not a big fan? Seems like an alright guy but I have heard he is somewhat arrogant.

I'm sure if the price is right, they'll be back. It's just like pro athletes. They get popular and the hand is held out for more money.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion, but having participated in 2 Pinks All Out events, Rich is fairly well like by the racers.
I have not talked with him personally, but do know racers that have, and they have only positive things to say about him.
Listening to him at the driver's meeting he was promoting Pinks for the "grass root" racer, and that makes him a favorite person for me.
He IS an entertainer, but has done a lot for drag racing at our level, and hope he can continue to do so.
With over 500 participants registered, the entire event was very well organized, and ran very smooth. Having participated in many NHRA events, Pinks was head and shoulders above that level for us "regular racers"! :biggrin:

Rich seems to be a very intelligent and fair person. He certainly knows how to entertain. If it promotes drag racing, especially at our level, then I wish him all the success he can handle.
I too have been to two Pinks events now, and I treasure them both. I'm looking forward to next year.
