Has anyone come up with a system hooked to your Powerlogger to determine the exhaust pressure pre-turbo? I haven't looked, but I'm guessing that any pressure transducer that can live in the pre turbo enviroment would be big money. However, If I tap the headers at the turbine inlet and use a nice length of 1/8" or so stainless hard line to dissapate the heat before hooking into a pressure sender I'm thinking I can get a more reasonable priced sender to live a happier life. Anyone have any thoughts on this?

Sounds like a good idea. Make sure the hard line is plenty long, I would say minimum 3' or more if you can coil it up.
I'm guessing, but on a fairly inefficient stock type turbo, you may be seeing a pressure ratio of at least 2:1 or MORE over your manifold boost readings.
