Car had been running fine all day. It had 1/4 tank of fuel and stopped by the local gas station and filled up with 93 octane. On the way back home I'm cruising at 70mph and car starts to sputter and show 17.5KR at 3psi of boost. Scan master shows 820's while cruising and the cc were stuck on 117 would not count up to 255.

It would seem unlikely that all of a sudden the O2 went bad, and your concern about bad gas would be a good place to start.

One possibility is contaminated gas, either stale or contains water?

With very few cars using 93 octane, it could have been in the ground for many weeks and gone "stale" as octane will start to go away in only 3 weeks, and in a few months it could be crap?

You could pump out a little can full and check it. Stale gas will have a distinct odor.

Also, stay away from a Bosch O2, and go with a Denso.

Thanks Nick. I will take your advice and go with the Denso and also going to drain tank and put in new fuel filter as well.

Would the water in the gas stop the O2 from counting or is EGT just too low to light it off or something?

I agree the gas is the thing that changed and should be the first thing to check. Just looking for a why on the cc's.
