WOW!!

Now this is service guys/gals that needs to be noted.

I posted last Friday needing a manual valve for my 2004R-got a response from Bruce stating he had one and then he calls (California - Arkansas) getting my address. TODAY the valve was delivered to my house!!

To me that makes one heck of a statement about Bruce and PTS's customer service.
