Boost self control

Newbie question, is there any issues if I run less boost than what chip is burned for? It calls for 22-24 but I turned down to 19-20lbs until I get TE44 gone thru and replace gaskets. It's crazy at 24lbs compared to 19 of course, not sure if it will cause other issues. Besides a smaller smile from me..I have direct scan on it now, and everything looks good. I'm waiting on scan master too. No knock count or other running issues.

It should be rich.issue would be how it runs.wont hurt it though
