FYI SOCALGN WHO WAS SELLING FRONT MOUNT POWERSTROKE INTERCOOLERS BURNED ME BY SENDING ME AN INTERCOOLER THAT APPARENTLY HAD A COUPLE OF DAMAGED TUBES AND WHEN I TRIED TO SEND IT BACK ETC. FOR A REFUND HE JERKED ME AROUND AND THEN CLAIMED HE SEND BACK MY PAYMENT WITH PAYPAL WHICH WAS A SCAM AS IT DID NOT CLEAR PAYPAL. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!

Sorry to hear that man, I've dealt with you quite a few times on GS parts and it was a pleasure. I guess some people don't pay you the same respect that you've shown to others in transactions. File a claim with paypal if it's not over 30 days, it's saved me from getting completely screwed in the past.

He is a straight guy and would for sure say he is right here. I have bought "MANY" parts from him and they were all just like he said and he did not BS me at all. He is straight up and honest! Sorry you got jerked like that man.

I was just as surprised after talking with him on the phone etc. he seemed very honest etc. but when i called or sent emails he would say he's busy or would get to it later, then when i threatened him with this board he sent the refund to paypal which takes a few days to clear but it did not clear when it was supposed to so paypal then adds another 2 weeks to the hold time, of which i refunded it back as i had another try to scam me by sending to paypal but not having funds to clear it so I told him to send me a money order never heard back from him in 2 weeks. I have almost 600 feedbacks on ebay and have never had any issues but i have had now 2 people screw me socalgn and ajt86, I think these boards would be better if they had a grading system similiar to ebay as i think a few people feel that since there is no real threat in screwing someone on one of the buick boards because all they have to do is wait a few weeks to sell again with no trail of the previous bad transaction. If socalgn is reading this just do the right thing and refund my purchase, not asking for anything more!

ive never had another problem with somone from the buick community other than you- you have also pissed guys off in the tech area where you have gotten smart with them. i have sold on gnttype, tb.com, tbs.com, and ebay- and never had a problem buying or selling. you have already said your peace in another post with me- its been closed, over, and done with- so why dont you stop dwelling on the past. thanks

Well ajt86 its people like you that give places like turbobuick.com and other sites a bad name as i have 600 feedbacks with ebay and have never had a problem either selling or buying from anyone except on these sites as occassionally scumbags like yourself use these great places of info and parts to rip people off and FYI i have not pissed anyone off in tech maybe your thinking of yourself, I have had two issues one you selling me damaged parts and refusing to refund my money and take back your parts and socalgn who sold me a powerstroke front mount that i never took out of the box and sold it to another board member whom upon going to use it found it had damaged tubes, at that time i notified socalgn and he after avoiding it sent a B.S. payment to paypal which never cleared so i intern refunded the other guy to cover him as was the honorable thing to do regardless of who sold it damaged to me. so before you start any crap your better think hard before you start pointing fingers as you know you screwed me and as you say its the past as for you wish i would just forget about you screwing me.

PS hows the karma thing working for you. Plan on having more issues with your car. and I feel sorry for anyone who comes to you to have work done on there car as by your character with our deal you will probably rip customers off also. And fyi I stated i was not going to post on your threads and now?

i had low oil pressure issues on a car with 130K on it- so what? the motors going out to danny smiths in a couple weeks. hey man i didnt burn you- as you can see we both had a messed up transaction because both of us have good records- it happens to everyone at some point- even good vendors on this site and others have problems- ive had 1 problem with you and you had a problem with me and socal- i cant speak for that transaction because i wasnt involved. im just trying to end this fued between us because yeah this is a community- and we gotta all live with eachother. somtimes in life you just have to cut your losses and let the past stay in the past. i have no problem with you- i beleive that part did not leave damaged- you got it damaged- and we both have real good track records- and for the 30$ it should be put in the past- if you come to nats next year ill be more than happy to meet ya and buy ya a beer.

oh yeah and i just wanted to say that the reason why i posted here is my name was involved- so yeah i have a right to post here- if you didnt mention me in your post- then i would have just read it and been done with it. and i work for a dealership- ive had 1 comeback in 6 months due to a part failure- i dont screw customers over- when my name is on the repair order i make sure its done the first time. but like i said man lets just agree to disagree- we gotta live with eachother around here.

To end the suffering of turbo buick readers will you take back your part and refund me my $$$$ thats all i ever asked. as i have bought alot of pieces off turbobuick.com and from related vendors, PS my sig is everything i have done to my car since april of this year as i bought the car bone stock at the end of March so its easy to see that quite a few people on these boards are in my wallet with no problems. and its a principle thing for only 30.00 i would think you would take back the part, but by not doing so you confirm that you knew it was damaged so that pisses me off more! so ya know what well just let the buick gods judge. good luck.

no me taking back the part would be saying i knew it was damaged- it left my house undamaged man. it was back in january- if you wanna stay upset about it you can i tried to come to neutral territory. like i said we both have bought and sold on here and other places without problems this transaction just got messed up- im still not going to take back a damaged part when i know it wasnt damaged when it left my house- my offer still stands if you come to nats come track me down ill buy ya a beer and we can bull****. good luck with socal.
