Cnc ported junk yard ls1 heads new valves and springs from trick flow 1k

Machine work and assembly of motor $1500

Much cheaper than the 20+k V6 time bomb.

The ac compressor? I'm not sure where it mounts on the 5.3 truck, if it's low on the right side it won't fit.
