It's not TOO hard to replace the bushings and pins using the HELP! kits. Many off hinge pins and bushings though.

I only see the complete hinges - Still expensive, $428.00 for a 4 hinges.

hardest part is compressing the spring...piece of cake though..

I did them on my first TR.. YEARS ago. I seem to remember I did it without removing the spring. Kinda foggy now though.

You can buy pins and bushings from your local GM dealer. They even offer oversize bushings for worn hinges. That is how I did mine. I think i had about $15 in the whole job, but I did it myself.
