FAST O2 sensor pinouts (Craig ?) ... how to check if working ?

MY a/f reading stays at a steady 15.94 and does not change not matter how much warmup it gets, need to know if my WB is a goner or is it my wiring break or loose to the ecu ... on the dyno I had to use a motech sensor and O2 and could not datalog my a/f ... How do I check this. I also tried pluggin in the sensor that comes with the Motec but a/f said 0.0 and never moved.
