last track day of the season decided to join murph . last time out at ATCO BOP my 86gn went 9.96 141/ 9.86 140 with no traction for well past the 200 ft mark and crummy 1.54 60'
well today couldn't run it out because its my home track and car is only legal for 10.0 . went only expecting to do 1/8 runs and work at getting the suspension tweaked in


first pass 1.47 6.228 @ 111.0 9.76 @ 137.96 and that was dropping boost 6psi after the 1/8 and lifting at the 1000ft
asked to slow down
second pass 1.42 6.13 @ 112.18 9.88 @ 117.4 ....thats dropping boost 6psi at 6.38 into run.. lifting completely at 7.38 ..and hitting brakes at trap
still not slow enough
last pass 1.43 6.155 112.68 (new best 1/8th MPH) i lifted full off throttle at 6.7 seconds into run and then locked the brakes before the trap and still went 10.21 @ 90.53

Great runs Pauly! Good to see some decent and consistent 60fts out of the '86. I think you would have been mid 9.6s if you would have been able to make a full pass. Can't wait to see the vid.

heres the incar of the 1.43 6.115 112.68 pass , run is just to the 1/8 then lifted at 6.7 and hit brakes hard at the line
tried streetfire but no worky so went to u-toob

its in 1080 HD so adjust your quality full up

we still have a couple weeks before chassis certification (3/14) and then racing is scheduled to begin but thats dependent on weather.. and it seems like it snows everyday (snowing now) and the next two weeks will be lucky to break out of the 20s with lows at just around 0
