foot stall vs. flash stall

CK and PTS please explain..foot stall vs. flash stall

I am purchasing a 9x11 converter and it's rated at 3600 flash stall. Would this be the same or equal to a 3200 foot stall?

What the rule of thumb?

I understand that all motors are different. What's the average?

Your pretty close.
The foot stall is always a little lower than the Flash.
Why... Their is more HP during the Flash.
