Got a possible mid 10 sec combo need a chip

Got a potential 10 second combo and need a recemandation on what chip for street and strip. Here's what I will have - T66 turbo, 83#hi-Z injectors, a comp cam 268 grind billet roller cam, iron heads ported polished and cc'd by Champion with the comp beehive springs,TH DP, double fuel pump set up ,(will have 9 1/2 3400 stall converter) and a PT stock location IC. The car has been dormant for 8 years and after a nice little tax refund I finally got off my @ss and am hoping to get the ol' bucket running faster than ever .
