I would not be to concerned with going any higher rpm anyway, you need to make the power below 6k anyway. Find the bugs then turn up the boost , not the RPM....

Yes, cam in my sig. I've heard others getting 6400 with this cam (although way past the power peak, it'd still rpm up there). Perhaps I should've gone with the 224/224.

You shouldn't be anywhere near 6400 unless you're trapping 150+mph. It takes a lot of power to go 150mph. Even a 140mph combo with similar cam will spend most of the run under 6000. Maybe a little over 6000rpm in 3rd if it's making enough power to run that high.

I'd look at the valve train again. What installed height and part # spring did you use?

They are pac-1201springs. Installed 140@1.75

Those are usually more than 140@1.75". If still shim them to approx. .060" from coil bind. You should be able to get 20-25lbs more seat pressure by shimming further.
