I recently replaced my stock fp for a walbro unit..I started the car and my fuel pressure is at 70 psi at idle . I have an adjustable fp regulator ..vac line on/ off makes no difference..nor will it go down turning the screw..I'm stumped..regulator worked fine with stock pump ..and ideas / suggestions would be helpful..thanks

sounds like the return line is kinked, check just in front of the gas tank where the rubber lines are above the heat shield over the axle, it happens
