how much abuse can a stock trans take?

i have a rebuilt 2004r trans in my 86 ttype, upgraded pump, new clutches, seals, steels, and hardened stator. i was wondering how far some people have taken a stock trans like mine, 1/4 times, power output and such. thanks!

i wish i had more pics but all i had when i was building the engine at my school was a camera phone. i should have documented it or something but its a little late for that! the link below is a pic of my car though in driveway with a jack under the front.
