how much boost for 94 oct?

Just wanted to know how much boost(max) everyone uses for 94 oct, I have a stock chip right now but if I were to get Reds 93 chip how would calculate this.

BTW Does anyone now how to contact Quad Air industries? (Red Armstrong) I've can't seem to get ahold of them.

To up the boost, I think you need a Walbro fuel pump hotwired, adjustable fuel pressure regulator, and a scantool before you up the boost.
Answer to question, as much as you can without over 3 degree of knock. Guess 17-18 lbs.

I think 42-43. Most chips are in this range except the Thrasher hich is at 45.
Reds chips are a little rich on the low end.
My car ran better on the Thrasher than the Reds.
Chips with higher timing gives my car the knocks.

I run that exact setup in the 1987 GN, mostly stock.

Non-adjustable wastegate and a Reds 93 chip (bought used) gets me 18 psi. in 1st and 2nd gear, never been able to look WOT in 3rd and 4th gears.

No KR on most days. Under 3 on the worst days.

42psi. line off. Not sure of the pump was supposed to be upgraded, it is hotwired, stock injectors.

Can't wait to put an exhaust on the car and get rid of the cat.
